Over the past 10 years, the Northwell Health Cardiovascular Fellows Course has grown to be one of the Nation’s premier Fellows programs and has continually provided a comprehensive review of the literature and case management in the fields of Interventional Cardiology, Vascular Disease and Structural Heart Disease.
The 2025 Northwell Health Cardiovascular Fellows Course uniquely provides a comprehensive review of the literature and case management in the fields of Interventional Cardiology, Peripheral Vascular Disease and Structural Heart Disease. Focused on critical topics facing today’s Fellows including educational sessions on Complex Coronary PCI, Hemodynamic support, Procedural Complication Management, CTO’s, Cardiogenic Shock Management, Peripheral Vascular Disease and Structural Heart Disease including TAVR and Mitral Valve Repair.
Our educational objectives will be accomplished using didactic lectures, case reviews and hands-on simulator and product training. With a special emphasis on faculty and attendee interaction, fellows will be exposed to the most up to date advances in the field of interventional cardiology.
EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS SCHEDULE
• Thursday, March 13: Coronary Session I
• Friday, March 14:: Coronary Part II & Peripheral Section I
• Saturday, March 15: Peripheral Section II and Structural Heart Session
Registration is limited. Applicants must qualify and be a part of the course's "target audience" (see below) and must produce a letter confirming fellowship status. You are required to attend all 3 days of the course: Thursday, Friday & Saturday.

There is an option to attend a Wednesday Evening Certification Course. There are two options: a Boston Scientific Rotablator Certification Course, and a Abbott Legacy (CSI) Atherectomy Training Course. Each course is limited to the first 25 fellows to apply and book their flights/confirm their travel. You will select which course you would like to attend in your course application.
(Space is limited - You must arrive to the hotel by 5 pm on Wednesday in order to attend. Course is not required.)
NOTES:
The course is intended for current Interventional Cardiology Fellows and 3rd year General Cardiology Fellows planning to enter into an Interventional Cardiology program, Vascular Surgery Fellows and Structural Heart Fellows.
